However, the report also highlights ongoing concerns. Despite the increase in AI tool adoption, freelancers remain sceptical about the quality and accuracy of AI-generated outputs. Legal and copyright worries continue to loom large, particularly in the UK, where nearly 50% of freelancers question the quality of AI-generated content.

Interestingly, the report also highlights a growing willingness among freelancers to invest in AI. Over a third are now paying for subscriptions to AI tools, marking a 10% increase from last year. And while many are finding that AI improves productivity—67% confirm that AI tools help them work more efficiently—there is a clear message from Fiverr’s report: human expertise remains vital in ensuring AI delivers quality results.
