Netflix Launches Pop-Up Shop in UK, Selling Props and Memorabilia to Support Mental Health Charity Mind

Netflix has brought its popular As Seen on Netflix pop-up shop to the UK, offering fans the chance to own a piece of their favourite series. The shop, which kicked off on 12 October in London’s Bethnal Green and will move to Birmingham’s Bullring on 19 October, features iconic props, costumes, and memorabilia from some of Netflix’s most-watched shows, all in support of the UK mental health charity Mind.

From the jacket worn by Nick (Kit Connor) in Heartstopper to Margaret Thatcher’s suit from The Crown, the pop-up is a treasure trove for TV fans. Items include signed scripts, wardrobe pieces, and exclusive show artefacts. Highlights include Otis and Eric’s bikes from Sex Education, Penelope Featherington’s headpiece from Bridgerton, and a Casio watch signed by Jeff Goldblum from Kaos. Fans can even own a piece of Lady Whistledown’s original dispatch from Bridgerton.

While some items are available in the pop-up shops, an online auction running from 11–21 October offers further exclusive pieces, with proceeds going to Mind. One standout item, Nick’s coat from Heartstopper, is expected to fetch as much as £18,000. Other items include costumes from Top Boy, The Gentlemen, and The Witcher, as well as the famous Rolls-Royce T-shirt signed by Victoria Beckham from Beckham.

The initiative is more than just a shopping experience; it’s a celebration of fandom. As Anne Mensah, VP of UK Content at Netflix, explains, “Fandom brings people together, creating connections around a shared love for stories. We’re thrilled to give fans the chance to own a piece of their favourite Netflix shows while supporting the vital work of Mind.”

The partnership with Mind is a key part of the project. All proceeds from the auction and shop will be donated to the charity, which is also offering a prize draw to win signed posters of Jeff Goldblum as Zeus from Kaos. Mind’s CEO, Sarah Hughes, highlighted the importance of this collaboration, saying, “Mental health issues explored on-screen can help us understand our own experiences. Partnering with Netflix ensures that no mind is left behind.”

Fans unable to attend the pop-ups can still participate in the auction on Mind’s eBay page, with items ranging from £1 to high-value collectables. Whether you want to own Emma’s typewriter from One Day or a piece of Bridgerton history, As Seen on Netflix offers fans a unique opportunity to bring a bit of Netflix magic into their homes—all while supporting a great cause.
