Primark has unveiled its groundbreaking expansion plans to roll out its Click & Collect service across all 184 of its UK stores, marking a significant leap in the retailer’s strategic journey. A Phased Approach to a Seamless Shopping Experience
The phased rollout will see the service available in all stores across England, Scotland, and Wales by the end of 2025, beginning with a new wave of launches toward the end of this year. By then, customers can choose from over 3,000 options in an expanding product range that now includes men’s fashion and selected home and lifestyle products, in addition to the women’s and kids’ clothing and accessories currently available.
Paul Marchant, Primark’s Chief Executive, noted that the trial’s positive results reflected customer enthusiasm for the convenience of Click & Collect, while also affirming the business’s confidence in the approach: “We’re now confident that we’ve found a model that can do both and support us with our plans to grow the business.”
Meeting Customer Demand with Enhanced Convenience
Primark’s Click & Collect service is structured to make shopping easy. Customers can browse online, add Click & Collect items to their virtual basket, and then choose a preferred collection day before picking up their purchases from a designated point in-store. This hybrid model blends the advantages of in-store browsing with the flexibility of online shopping, offering customers a convenient way to shop Primark’s extensive range.
